Q: HOW DO I GET A FREE SAMPLE DONE?

A: Just email your art to sample@bitsnpixs.com and our team will get it done at the earliest.


Q: HOW DO I REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND PLACE ORDER?

A: Email your art with any instructions to art@bitsnpixs.com, our team will review the requirements and will send you a detailed quote. Once the quote is approved the order will be created in our system and the details will be emailed to you for your reference.


Q: HOW DO I SEND YOU LARGE FILES?

A: We can download the files from your FTP server or you can upload the files to our FTP server. Details of FTP server will be provided on request.


Q: WILL MY FTP ACCOUNT BE SECURE?

A: Yes, your account details will not be disclosed at any costs.


Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

A: You can pay us through PayPal, for large invoice values we prefer bank transfers.


Q: DO I NEED TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER?

A: No, everyone can use our services with ease. When you send the first email the email address will be recorded in our database.


Q: HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Registered members can track the order details from our website.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF ART FILES CAN I SEND?

A: You can send files in any format; our team will convert the files to the desired format and will work on it.


Q: WHAT CAN I DO IF I DO NOT HAVE AN ART FILE?

A: Don't worry, you can write down your requirements or scribble the art you want to create and email us a scanned copy. Our creative team will work on your requirement and will give you options from which you can choose the best one.


Q: CAN I GET MY ART PLACED INSIDE A MOCK-UP?

A: Yes, please email us the product mock-up along with the art files. We will set the art inside the mock-up and send it back to you.


Q: HOW DO I REVIEW THE COMPLETED FILE?

A: Once the job is done an email will be send to you with a link to the Customer Approval page. You can review the completed art and approve it or request for revision(s).


Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FINAL FILE?

A: After your approval and successful payment, we will email you the file(s) in the requested format.


Q: IN WHICH FORMAT WILL I RECEIVE MY COMPLETED VECTOR FILES?

A: We can provide almost any format based on your requirement like .eps, .ai, .pdf, .cdr etc.,


Q: WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

A: We work the same days as our customers, which help to maintain a quick turnaround time. The turnaround time is based on the complexity of the image you send us. Normally we deliver within 24 hours. If you let us know your emergency, top priority will be given to your job.


Q: HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY?

A: We have an experienced team of quality controllers who proof the completed design, so that the customer expectation and vendor specification are met before it is send to the customer.

Q: WHAT ARE THE FILE TYPES THAT I CAN SEND YOU?

A: The file formats that you can send us is .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .ai, .eps. It is better to email .jpeg or .gif since the file size will be smaller.


Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FINAL FILE?

A: After your approval and successful payment, we will email you the PDF and DST (or any other format) file.


Q: IN WHICH FORMAT WILL I RECEIVE MY COMPLETED FILES?

A: We normally provide DST file format; but can provide any file format based on your requirement.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

A: The turnaround time is based on the complexity of the image you send us. Normally we deliver within 24 hours. If you let us know your emergency, top priority will be given to your job.

Q: HOW DO WE GET FREE SAMPLES DONE AND HOW MANY?

A: We can do 20 to 30 samples totally free, if you want more still we can do it for a marginal rate. Just mail us the art files to sample@bitsnpixs.com or give us access to the location from where in we can download the files.


Q: HOW DO YOU PLAN WORK WITH PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS COMPANIES?

A: If permitted we can hook in to your network through VPN and access the software used by your internal team so that we can follow the same process and turnaround the work quickly. The files can be accessed from the same network and worked effectively.


Q: WHAT IS THE PRICING MODEL?

A: The pricing model for Promotional Products companies is based on the volume of work. Since we are going to work on a mix of jobs we will have a competitive pricing structure compared to Retail customers.


Q: IF WE CHOOSE TO WORK WITH YOU HOW DO WE PROCEED?

A: You can test our skills first by getting a few samples done for free. Once you are happy just give us a few orders a day, which will be done by our team and 100% proofed at our end. We are confident our team will get used to the process quickly and learn things based on the feedback from your team. Slowly and steadily we can increase the orders done on a daily basis. Our team will work the exact hours as your internal team, so that the customers can be served better.


Q: CAN YOU CREATE PRODUCT MOCK-UP?

A: Yes, we can create mock-up for your products. If you could send the product image, color, and imprint details we can create the mock-up for you.
